Site Audit / Capability Establishment:
As a part of the site identification process, experienced hands shall carry out the site worthiness based on the process / technology and other requirements also keeping specific needs of Regulatory / Compliance in mind for the intended markets to be serviced.

Technical and Financial Due Diligence:
Experienced set of team members shall carry out the assessment, to check the technical competency of the workforce at site, Infrastructure (equipment type & health, electrical power status, statutory permissions, Environment Health & Safety), manufacturing capabilities and available capacities, supporting utilities, QA/QC capabilities, capacities & warehousing.

Review of the annual financial reports certified by a third party auditor, shall be the basis to provide the financial stability of the business house.

Technology Absorption + Transfer:
Facilitate in utilization and development of technical knowledge and capability to transfer it jointly to the intended site.

Documentation – GMP / GLP/GEP:
Provide supporting documentation for doing the technology transfer.

Review of documents related to manufacturing, lab, engineering etc., carry out the GAP analysis and provide necessary inputs to be in line with the requirements and GMP.

Contracts – Commercials:
Facilitate in providing the necessary support to make the contracts, which shall encompass Technical, Commercials and related Legal aspects.
